The research tools were included the researcher-made questionnaire of managers' personality dimensions (35 questions) and the questionnaire of managers' communication skills (18 questions). Data were analyzed with exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling methods in SPSS and Amos software.Findings: The findings showed that 10 questionnaires were excluded from the analysis due to incompleteness and the analysis was done for 200 people. The findings of the exploratory factor analysis showed that 9 questions were removed from the questionnaire of managers' personality dimensions due to low factor loading, and the final form had 26 questions in 6 components of honesty, extroversion, conscientiousness, flexibility, adaptability and responsibility and these six components could explain 80.37% of the total variance. Also, the factor loading of all six components was higher than 0.70, the average variance extracted of all was higher than 0.50, and the reliability of Cronbach's alpha and combination of all was higher than 0.70. In addition, the model of effective personality dimensions on the level of managers' communication skills had a good fit, and in the mentioned model, all six components of honesty, extroversion, conscientiousness, flexibility, adaptability and responsibility had a direct and significant effect on the managers' communication skills (P<0.001).Conclusion: The results of this study indicated the impact of all six components of honesty, extroversion, conscientiousness, flexibility, adaptability and responsibility on the managers' communication skills. The research sample was 231 managers who were selected by multi -stage cluster sampling method. The research tool was educational needs of principals based on professional competencies with 89 items that designed by the present study researchers. For data analysis were used from exploratory factor analysis and chi-square test in SPSS-19 software.Findings: The findings showed that for the educational needs of elementary school principals based on the professional competencies were identified 8 factors of management expertise, knowledge of teacher skills, perceptive-human skills, artistic skills, moral-social skills, technical skills, motivational skills and knowledge of physical space standards of schools and the factor loading of all items was higher than 0.40. Also, the factor load of all factors was higher than 0.50, the average variance extracted of all factors was higher than 0.60, and the reliability of all factors with using Cronbach's alpha and combined methods was higher than 0.80, and the reliability of the whole tool with using Cronbach's alpha method was estimated 0.91. In addition, according to the elementary school principals there was a significant difference between the amount of observed value and the amount of expected value in all 8 identified needs (management expertise, knowledge of teacher skills, perceptive-human skills, artistic skills, moral-social skills, technical skills, motivational skills and knowledge of physical space standards of schools) (P

Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between managers' communication skills and the effectiveness of classroom management.Methodology: The method of the present study was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population included 28 principals and 976 teachers of secondary schools in Amol city. Stratified random sampling method was used to select the statistical sample. Based on this, 24 managers and 278 secretaries were selected as the statistical sample of the study. Data collection tools were Barton Communication Skills Questionnaire (1990) and Imarohikman Classroom Management Effectiveness Questionnaire (1991). The communication skills questionnaire had 18 items with three components "verbal skills, listening skills and feedback skills". The Classroom Management Effectiveness Questionnaire also consisted of 35 questions that measured the three components of "establishing discipline in the classroom, the effectiveness of parental education, and the effectiveness of the teacher's personal training." The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed using face and content validity methods. The reliability of the questionnaires was also reported using the appropriate Cronbach's alpha method. In order to analyze the data, Pearson correlation coefficient test and path analysis test were used.Findings: The results showed that there is not a significant relationship between the communication skills of managers and their components with the component of classroom discipline, but the total score of total communication skills of managers and its components with the other overall score of the classroom management and the components of the effectiveness of parent education And there is a positive and meaningful relationship between the effectiveness of teacher training. The results of path analysis indicate that the effect of verbal skills on classroom discipline is irrelevant and has a significant effect on the effectiveness of parental education and the effectiveness of teacher education. Hearing skills can also explain the effectiveness of parental training and the effectiveness of teacher training in a meaningful way and the classroom discipline is unreasonably explained. Finally, feedback skills can effectively explain the effectiveness of parental education and the effectiveness of teacher training in a meaningful way and the classroom discipline is unreasonably explained. Conclusion: Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that strengthening the communication skills of principals can be effective in enriching verbal and non-verbal communication with students' parents and also helping teachers in the quality of classroom management.

Purpose: The present study was conducted with the aim of providing and validating cultural leadership assessment tools in school principals in Qom province.Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was descriptive-correlational. The population of this research was the schools principals of Qom province in the 2019-20 academic years, which their number was 944 people. The sample size based on Cochran's formula was estimated to be 274 people, which due to the possible losses number of 300 people were selected by simple random sampling method as a sample, but due to 10 missing questionnaires the analyzes were performed for 290 people. For cultural leadership designed a 129-item researcher-made questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale and were examined its psychometric indices. The content validity of the questionnaire was investigated by experts and the construct validity of the instrument was investigated by exploratory factor analysis and its reliability was investigated by Cronbach's alpha in SPSS-25 software.Findings: The results showed that the content validity of the instrument was confirmed with the opinion of experts and reviewing the structure validity indicated that 11 items were removed from the tool due to factor loading less than 0.3 and the final tool had 118 items. The cultural leadership assessment questionnaire in school principals had 25 factors that the factor load and convergent validity of all factors were higher than 0.5 and the reliability of all of them and total of tolls by Cronbach's alpha method was higher than 0.70.Conclusion: The cultural leadership assessment questionnaire in school principals with 25 factors had appropriate psychometric indices. Therefore, education officials and planners can use this tool to select principals and based on it select capable principals.

Purpose: The aim of this research was designing of justice-oriented leadership model in the management of primary schools of Tehran city with a structural equation modeling approach. Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and In terms of implementation method was cross-sectional from type of quantitative. The research population was the primary school managers of Tehran city in the 2019-20 academic years with number of 1419 people, which the sample size based on the Cochran's formula was calculated 302 people who were selected by step stratified sampling method with respect to the volume ratio of areas. To collect data were used from researcher-made questionnaire of justice-oriented leadership with 63-item, which the content validity was confirmed by experts opinion and the construct validity was confirmed by exploratory factor analysis and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and combined methods. Data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling in SPSS and PLS software. Findings: The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that justice-oriented leadership has six dimensions of causal conditions (with two components of organizational factors and attitudinal factors), central phenomenon of justice-oriented leadership (with four components of behavioral patterns and moral characteristics, support through two-way communication, strengthening moral behavior and decision making), strategies and actions (with two components of achievement of reward through performance and achievement of goals through reward), intervening conditions (with three components of managers differences, staff differences and managers changes), underlying conditions (with two components of factors encouraging fair behavior and factors threatening fair behavior) and consequences (with three components of school-related outcomes, staff-related outcomes and managers-related outcomes). Also, the results of structural equation modeling showed that the justice-oriented leadership model had a good fit and the components of each dimensions on their respective dimensions and all dimensions on justice-oriented leadership had a significant effect (p < 0.05). Conclusion: According to the findings, planning is essential to use the justice-oriented leadership model to improve school management. As a result, officials and planners can use the justice-oriented leadership model to improve the performance of managers and hold in-service courses for them in the form of workshops.
