The purpose of this research was to investigate the mediating effect of the quality of aesthetic experience on the relationship between spiritual intelligence and life satisfaction in teachers. The research method was descriptive-correlation with emphasis on structural equations. The statistical population of the research consisted of all teachers working in education in Qom province in the academic year of 1402-1401 in the number of (12549 people). sample size was 212 who were selected using available sampling method. Data collection was based on three spiritual intelligence questionnaires, SISRI 24, King (2008), aesthetic experience questionnaire AEQ Wenzer (2018) and life satisfaction questionnaire (SWLS) Diener et al. (1985). Data analysis was done with SPSS and SMARTPLS3 software.Data analysis was done with SPSS25 and SMARTPLS4 software. The results of the research showed that There is a positive and meaningful relationship between all the components of spiritual intelligence and the quality of aesthetic experience and life satisfaction. There is also a significant relationship between aesthetic experience and life satisfaction.

Purpose: The present research was conducted with the aim of identifying the factors affecting the development of teachers' and students' participation in research activities (student research centers).Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of execution method. The research community was experts in the field of student research institutes of Semnan province in 2021-2022, among them, according to the principle of theoretical saturation, 16 people were selected using targeted and snowball sampling methods. were chosen. The tool of data collection was a semi-structured interview, the validity of which was confirmed by the triangulation method and the reliability of 62% was obtained by the Cohen's kappa coefficient method. Data were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding method in MAXQDA 2020 software.Findings: The findings showed that the factors affecting the development of teachers' and students' participation in research activities included 18 concepts, 6 sub-categories and 3 main categories. The main categories include the structure of the research center (with two sub-categories of the system of rewarding and appreciating the efforts of teachers and students and the conditions of application and ethical principles in its process), the clear mission and vision of the research center (with the two sub-categories of developing a strategic plan and developing Specific goals, missions, values and perspectives) and laws, regulations and policies (with the subcategory of flexibility in the process of employing teachers, student teachers and gifted students and adding points in the annual evaluation and ranking).Discussion and conclusion: Considering the effective factors identified on the development of teachers' and students' participation in research activities (student research centers), it is necessary to plan for the development of their participation, which is realized through the identified factors.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the factors that reduce the cheerfulness of teachers in Semnan province and to provide a model.
Methodology: Research in terms of applied purpose; In terms of data type, it was qualitative and in terms of implementation method, it was thematic analysis. The statistical population included school teachers, senior education directors and university professors who were sampled by snowball method. The instrument used was a semi-structured interview which was analyzed by data analysis method. To determine the internal cheerfulness of the findings, the data were matched with theoretical and background bases and interviews with experts were used. To confirm the accuracy of the data, the study method was used by the research members to determine the external validity of the findings.
Findings: Theoretical saturation and triangulation techniques were used. Data analysis resulted in identifying 91 basic themes, 15 organizing themes and 5 comprehensive themes that were divided into two main categories of main and secondary themes. Together, these themes formed a coherent model for reducing the cheerfulness of teachers in Semnan province. Finally, the reasons for the decrease in teachers' cheerfulness, including 5 categories of comprehensive themes, including individual factors, organizational factors, cultural factors, extra-organizational factors and job factors were obtained.
Conclusion: Paying special attention to the factors that reduce the cheerfulness of teachers and addressing them in order to eliminate the factors that reduce the cheerfulness of teachers, can restore some cheerfulness to the teacher community.

Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was qualitative. The current study population was university and education experts in the 2021-2022 academic years. The sample size of this research according to the principle of theoretical saturation was determined of 24 people, and these people were selected as a sample by purposive non-random sampling method. The only tool of the current research was a semi-structured interview, which whose content validity based on the opinion of experts was confirmed, and its reliability was obtained using the intra-subject agreement coefficient method 0.84. The data of this study were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding method in MAXQDA-10 software.
Findings: The results of open, axial and selective coding of digital literacy in order to promoting the level of professional competence of teachers showed that the said structure had 25 indicators, 8 components in 3 dimensions of platforms, obstacles and strategies. In this study, platforms were included three educational, organizational, and individual components, obstacles were included two educational and managerial components and strategies were included three managerial, organizational, and educational components. Finally, the pattern of digital literacy in order to promoting the level of professional competence of teachers was designed.
Conclusion: The results of this study have practical implications for managers and officials of the education system. According to the results of this study, they can take an effective step towards promoting the level of professional competence through improving digital literacy.

Purpose: Present research was conducted with aim of modeling of teachers' social happiness based on social support and health through the mediatory role of life satisfaction.Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and performance survey research. The statistical population includes 56560 teachers of Tehran in the 2020-21 academic year. The sample size according to Cochran's formula was estimated to be 384 teachers who were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. In addition to the demographic information form, questionnaires including social happiness questionnaires (Landenberg,2000) social support questionnaires (Fischer,1999) social health questionnaires (Keyes,2004) and life satisfaction scale (Diner,2004) were used for data collection. Data were analyzed with using Pearson correlation coefficients and structural equation modeling in SPSS25 and Smart Pls3 software.Results: The results indicated the good fit of modeling social happiness in instructors based on social support and social health mediated by life satisfaction. Purpose: The teachers' professionalism empowerment and promoting through in-service training can play an effective role in improving the quality of their education. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to design a policy-making model in order to teachers' professionalism empowerment and promoting by relying on in-service training.Methodology: In an applied study from type of qualitative, the present research was conducted on 10 professors and experts in the fields of education management and in-service training and empowerment who were selected according to the principle of theoretical saturation and with a purposive sampling method. The tool of the current research was a semi-structured interview that was conducted in the seasons of Farvardin to Shahrivar of 1401 year and its validity was confirmed by the triangulation method and its reliability was obtained by the agreement coefficient method between two coders at 0.92. The data obtained from the semi-structured interview were analyzed with using the content analysis method according to the grounded theory in MAXQDA software.Findings: The findings showed that the policy-making model in order to teachers' professionalism empowerment and promoting by relying on in-service training had 174 indicators, 31 components in six fields of causal conditions, central phenomenon, background conditions, intervention conditions, strategies and consequences. In this research, the causal conditions were includes 13 indicators and 3 components of the social needs, changes in educational needs and creation of individual needs in teachers, the central phenomenon were includes 11 indicators and 3 components of the scientific and practical education, solving problems and creating value, background conditions were includes 18 indicators and 5 components of the correct implementation of courses, richness of the content of courses, competent environment, correct planning and teachers' mentality, intervention conditions were includes 59 indicators and 6 components of the non-committed and non-specialist managers, incorrect performance evaluation, incorrect needs assessment, lack of quality of course teaching, non-traditional teaching methods and weak motivational system, strategies were includes 46 indicators and 10 components of the successful modeling, improving the content of courses, region-oriented planning, accurate and scientific needs assessment of courses, removing teachers' individual obstacles, changing in educational systems, improving the physical conditions, employing experienced and expert teachers, providing motivational platforms and appropriate evaluation system and consequences were includes 27 indicators and 4 components of social consequences, improving teachers' educational performance, occupational well-being of teachers and psychological consequences of teachers. Finally, the policy-making model in order to teachers' professionalism empowerment and promoting by relying on in-service training was designed.Conclusion: The designed grounded theory policy-making model in order to teachers' professionalism empowerment and promoting by relying on in-service training can be used by education specialists and planners to design programs to teachers' professionalism improvement and empowerment through in-service trainings.

Purpose: Today, research and scientific activities are the main context for the development of societies. In fact, research productivity can lead to the flourishing of scientific production and growth. Teachers, as the main provider of education to students, also need research activities to improve their educational quality, which lies in research productivity. Therefore, one of the main necessities of the education system is to address the basic issue of teacher research productivity. Teachers' research activities can play an important role in teaching and its quality. On the other hand, electronic human resource management provides a basis for teachers to rely on electronic research to get acquainted with up-to-date research and apply it in their research activities. Therefore, the use of electronic human resource management in research productivity is one of the axes to improve the quality of teaching and research productivity of teachers. The aim of this study was to present a model of the effect of electronic human resource management on research productivity of education teachers in Mazandaran province.Methodology: The method of the present study was integrated in terms of implementation method (qualitative-quantitative) and applied in terms of purpose. The research population in the qualitative section included Mazandaran University experts in the academic year 2019-20, in which 15 people were selected based on theoretical saturation and purposefully. The statistical population of the quantitative section also included teachers of education and training in Mazandaran province in the academic year 2019-20 (2287 people). The sample size was determined using Cochran's formula of 380 people who were selected by simple sampling method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire in the qualitative part of semi-structured interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative part. The validity of the qualitative findings with the view of experts and the review strategy and reliability by the coding agreement coefficient method was 0.83. In the quantitative part, it was 0.91 with content validity and reliability with Cronbach's alpha method. To analyze the data in the qualitative part, the coding method was used with Maxquda18 software and in the quantitative part; exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling in Pls Smart3 software were used.Findings: Qualitative findings showed that the selected code of electronic human resource management has 33 indicators in 5 central themes including (technological, structural, cultural, strategic and process) and the selected code of research productivity also has 36 indicators in 5 central themes including (individual, organizational, Economic, technical-operational and social). Also, the results of exploratory factor analysis showed that all factor loads of the structures were above 0.40. The results of structural equations also showed that electronic human resource management had a positive effect on research productivity (P <0.05).Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, the planners of the education system should provide their research productivity by empowering teachers in the field of electronic human resources.

Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between managers' communication skills and the effectiveness of classroom management.Methodology: The method of the present study was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population included 28 principals and 976 teachers of secondary schools in Amol city. Stratified random sampling method was used to select the statistical sample. Based on this, 24 managers and 278 secretaries were selected as the statistical sample of the study. Data collection tools were Barton Communication Skills Questionnaire (1990) and Imarohikman Classroom Management Effectiveness Questionnaire (1991). The communication skills questionnaire had 18 items with three components "verbal skills, listening skills and feedback skills". The Classroom Management Effectiveness Questionnaire also consisted of 35 questions that measured the three components of "establishing discipline in the classroom, the effectiveness of parental education, and the effectiveness of the teacher's personal training." The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed using face and content validity methods. The reliability of the questionnaires was also reported using the appropriate Cronbach's alpha method. In order to analyze the data, Pearson correlation coefficient test and path analysis test were used.Findings: The results showed that there is not a significant relationship between the communication skills of managers and their components with the component of classroom discipline, but the total score of total communication skills of managers and its components with the other overall score of the classroom management and the components of the effectiveness of parent education And there is a positive and meaningful relationship between the effectiveness of teacher training. The results of path analysis indicate that the effect of verbal skills on classroom discipline is irrelevant and has a significant effect on the effectiveness of parental education and the effectiveness of teacher education. Hearing skills can also explain the effectiveness of parental training and the effectiveness of teacher training in a meaningful way and the classroom discipline is unreasonably explained. Finally, feedback skills can effectively explain the effectiveness of parental education and the effectiveness of teacher training in a meaningful way and the classroom discipline is unreasonably explained.Conclusion: Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that strengthening the communication skills of principals can be effective in enriching verbal and non-verbal communication with students' parents and also helping teachers in the quality of classroom management.

Purpose: The present study was conducted with the aim of presenting the model of organizational citizenship behavior of Iranian public school teachers.Methodology: The present study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was qualitative based on grounded theory. The research population was Iranian education experts in 2020 year. The sample size was estimated according to the principle of theoretical saturation 28 people who were selected by purposive sampling method after reviewing the inclusion criteria. To collect data were used from semi-structured interview which its validity was confirmed by the triangulation method and its reliability was estimated by the agreement coefficient method between the two coders 0.83. Data were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding method based on grounded theory in MAXQDA software.Findings: The results showed that the organizational citizenship behavior of Iranian public school teachers had 178 concepts and 23 sub-categories in 12 main categories. In the central phenomenon of teachers' organizational citizenship behavior, were identified the two main categories of strategic changes of education system (with two sub-categories of keeping up with new changes and developments and the growth of moral values and spirit of self-sacrifice) and organizational developmentalist attitudes (with two sub-categories of development of participatory functions and external development of an efficient education system) as causal conditions, three main categories of organizational leadership characteristics (with two sub-categories of leaders' benevolent tendencies and effective and dynamic leadership behaviors), individual characteristics of followers (with two sub-categories of ideal values and behavioral norms) and organizational characteristics (with two sub-categories of value-oriented organizational culture and compassion-oriented organizational climate) as underlying conditions, two main categories of collective capital (with two sub-categories of social psychological capital and public culture) and value change (with two sub-categories of pluralistic values growth and socio-cultural growth) as intervening conditions, three main categories of organizational strategies (with two sub-categories of staff training and motivating organizational culture), management strategies (with one sub-category of effective leadership) and community-based strategies (with two sub-categories of representing role of Farhangian and development of public culture) as strategies and two main categories of individual (with two sub-categories of psychological consequence and development of individual pragmatism) and socio-organizational (with two sub-categories of transcendental organization and social dynamism) as outcomes. Finally, a paradigm model of organizational citizenship behavior of Iranian public school teachers was designed.Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, planning is necessary to improve the organizational citizenship behavior of Iranian public school teachers through the concepts and main and sub categories.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to provide a model of effective schools based on learning organization (Case study: elementary schools in Tehran).Methodology: The method of the present study was a combination (qualitative and quantitative) using the grounded theory method and the structural equation model using the quantitative method. The statistical population of the study was in the qualitative section of university professors specializing in primary education and in the quantitative section of elementary teachers in Tehran in 2019. A total of 12 sample members in the qualitative section were selected by university professors and 196 students from 22 primary education teachers in Tehran by multi-stage cluster sampling method. The research tool was a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. The data were analyzed in the qualitative part using the grounded theory of exploratory theory and then by testing the structural equation model in Smart PLS and SPSS software.Findings: Results showed that twelve components are involved in providing a model of effective schools based on learning organization (Case study: elementary schools in Tehran) which in order of priority are: teacher competencies, educational policies, human resource empowerment, the above activities Program, establishment of teaching and learning system, competencies of managers, technological facilities, foresight, innovative methods and tools, promotion of health, school health and safety, belief in collective wisdom, management and leadership, as components and indicators affecting the presentation The model of effective schools is based on the learning organization in primary schools in Tehran. The studies showed that the model fits.Conclusion: According to the research findings, effective schools lead to continuous implementation of planning, which, with better support for education, accelerates the learning process.

The research community was the documents and texts of promoting teachers' motivation in the education process and the experts and researchers in the fields of educational sciences of Tehran city in 2019 year. The research sample according to the theoretical saturation principle was 15 people who were selected by purposive non-random sampling method. Information collection tools included taking notes from documents and texts and interview with experts and researchers. Data were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding methods in MAXQDA-2020 software. Findings: The findings showed that t the dimensions and components of promoting teachers' motivation in the education process had 86 indicators, 8 components and 3 dimensions. The organizational dimension had three components of management and coworkers, work environment conditions and performance appraisal system, the social dimension had three components of social relations, social responsibility and social status of the teacher and the individual dimension had two components of personal characteristics and immaterial goals of teachers. Conclusion: According to the identified dimensions and components of promoting teachers' motivation in the education process, planning are essential to improve teachers' motivation by promoting the components of management and coworkers, work environment conditions, performance appraisal system, social relations, social responsibility, social status of the teacher, personal characteristics and immaterial goals of teachers.

Purpose: the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the professional development components of primary education teachers and managers with using themes analysis method. Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was qualitative. The research population was printed documents and texts about the teachers and managers' professions development in scientific databases between the 2000-2019 years, which according to the inclusion criteria were selected 52 cases as a sample by purposive sampling method. Data after collected by take noting method were analyzed with using open, axial and selective coding by themes analysis method in MAXQDA software. Findings: The findings showed that the professional development of primary education teachers and managers based on the fundamental transformation document had 206 basic themes, 53 organizing themes and 16 comprehensive themes included of teachers' characteristics, teachers' motivation, leadership program, teachers' group, educational group, specialist-professional, professional development, teachers' issues and problems, school factors, environmental-educational conditions, environmental-macro conditions, teachers' involvement in professional activities, guidance, networking, educational strategies and individual consequences. Also, the global themes of professional development of primary education teachers and managers were included of 20 basic themes, 8 organizing themes and 1 comprehensive themes including global components and eight organizing themes of guidance, networking, leadership, specialist-professional, educational group, leaders group, educational strategies and consequences. Conclusion: According to the identified themes, planning is essential for the professional development of primary education teachers and managers, which for this purpose it is possible to provide the conditions for improving themes.

The selective codes were included of support management and leadership, providing facilities and needs of elementary school, effective communication and human relations of teacher, growing school culture, job motivation, belief and view of the teacher role, job satisfaction, salary and welfare, technological knowledge and skill, personal characteristics, cyber space, specialized knowledge and individual skills of elementary school, educational and developmental strategies, role of stakeholders (students and parents), attracting and training the qualified people, improving the quality of evaluation, facilitating organizational policies, teacher job competencies and teacher research skill.Conclusion: Based on the research findings, the identified effective factors of human resource excellence in primary school teachers have practical implications for education specialists and they can improve the identified factors to improve the performance and effectiveness of the organization.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of social capital in organizational citizenship behavior by mediating Organizational Socialization. Methodology: The research method was quantitative, descriptive and correlational studies and structural equation modeling. The study population was all secondary school teachers in the academic year 2019-20 in Kermanshah. Statistical population was 3053 person that estimated to 341 people by using of Kerjesy Morgan table. Sampling method was simple random. Research tool was about organizational citizenship behavior of Morgan model (1988); social capital questionnaire of Nahapite and gushal (1998) and organizational socialization of Taurmina model (1997). To determine the reliability and validity of the tool, Cronbach's alpha techniques and confirmatory factor analysis were used. Data were analyzed with Pearson correlation coefficient and confirmatory path analysis using SPSS and LISREL statistical software. Results: The results indicate that: the social capital has a direct positive effect (0.49) on the organizational citizenship behavior variable at the level of 0.01. Considering the total effects, it can be said that the social capital variable had the most effect (0.80) and the organizational socialization variable had the least effect (0.45) on the organizational citizen behavior variable. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to present an effective model of school-based management on Teacher's creativity in primary schools in Babol. Methodology: In general, this research was a descriptive field in terms of applied purpose, field control in terms of control and data collection in terms of data collection, and on the other hand, the present study can be considered as an exploratory research. The statistical population of the qualitative stage was 15 selected principals and teachers of primary schools in Babol city who were selected by purposive sampling method using theoretical saturation index compared to sampling from the statistical population. Babol, whose number was 1318 people, according to Morgan table, 302 people were selected as a sample by random sampling method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The analysis method was coded in the qualitative stage and in the quantitative stage the structural equation model test was used using smart-pls and spss software. Finding: The results of the qualitative phase of the research showed that the dimensions of school-based management in primary schools in Babol include stakeholder participation, social capital, school strategy, support factors, organizational performance, the possibility of school-based management and structural factors and dimensions of Teacher's creativity in principals and Teacher's of Babylon schools include the dimensions of organizational health, psychological capital, environmental factors, cultural factors, individual factors and the operational structure of the school. The results of the quantitative phase of the research showed that the effect of school-based management on Teacher's creativity was equal to (6.707) and path coefficient (0.547). The rate was 0.547. Conclusion: According to the research findings, the effective model of school-based management on Teacher's creativity in primary schools in Babol city has a favorable fit.

Purpose: The present study tries to examine the relationship between organizational learning and quality teaching of teachers’.Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in nature and correlational. The statistical population of the study consisted of all male and female secondary school teachers in Bandar Abbas with 800 people in the 2018-19 academic year. To determine the number of statistical sample, Krejcie and Morgan table (1970) was used and according to the number of statistical population, the number of statistical sample of the study was 261 people. Due to the fact that the statistical population consisted of two groups of men and women, the stratified random sampling method was used to select the statistical sample of the study. In order to collect research data, Kevashi Teaching Quality Questionnaire (2013) and Neeff Organizational Learning (2001) were used. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software version 20 software at a significance level of 0.05 and using statistical tests of Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regressions.Findings: It showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational learning and quality teaching teachers’. Other results indicated that the culture of organizational learning, teamwork, knowledge sharing, participative leadership, and employee competence development could positively and significantly predict teachers’ teaching quality of teachers at schools (P <. 0.001)Conclusion: According to the findings of the study, organizational learning in schools causes new and extensive mental patterns to be developed among teachers and they learn how to learn together.
